Buck & Bloom creates a custom, colorful, and interactive experience with catering through charcuterie boards & grazing tables by offering everything from artisan cheeses and cured meat, mezze and crudité to smaller, local bites and dessert boards. Our graze tables are a great way to feed a hungry, adventurous crowd in an aesthetically pleasing way. This high quality spread is as beautiful as it is delicious and is guaranteed to get the conversation started and leave your guests happy and impressed.
Our standard catered events start at $20 per person and include charcuterie (artisan cheeses, cured meats, nuts, fresh fruit ect), crudité +mezze (tons of fresh veggies and house-made dips, naan, pita chips) and a dessert board ( bite sized pastries, fresh fruit, chocolate covered strawberries + more.)
Brunch graze tables include a tropical fruit board, a sweet and savory toast board and hot honey bacon roses.
Each graze table comes with greenery, crackers, crostini and pita chips.
Custom florals, wooden crates or acrylic risers (for display) can be added to each graze table as well as bamboo plates and flatware.
A staff member can stay to help set-up, replenish, pass apps and clean up!
